This will allow us, not only to focus on quality growing, but will also level the playing field in a food market that favours large-scale, industrialized agriculture over local food.
This will allow Riverbend Gardens to have a stable income that doesn't depend on sunny weather on farmer's market days.
Finally, producing food locally results in a greater percentage of dollars remaining in the local economy.
