At Eagle Creek Farms we understand your interest in safe, clean, sustainable, local food production and believe that is exactly what we can provide our customers & CSA shareholders. All our vegetables are grown without the use of any chemical sprays or synthetic fertilizers. Our plans are to start the 3 year Organic Certification process this year.

Our belief is that the best way to know how your food is grown is to visit your farmer first hand. That is something that we can always provide you. Our fields are open to the public for U-pick during the summer. As a shareholder, or just someone interested in local food you are always welcome in our fields to tour, pick or help and we would be happy to answer any questions you have.

We offer a number of different types of CSA shares. This will be our third year of our 14 week summer vegetable share which runs from July - October. There is an opportunity to follow that with our Winter Vegetable Share. The winter share is a bi-weekly delivery of storage veggies from October to February. This is the first year for our Egg Share which is a bi-weekly delivery of a dozen eggs. There are 150 heritage laying hens on the farm right now living in a new straw bale chicken coop. We plan on increasing our flock to 250 birds by the fall.

Also for your convenience we work with Country Thyme Farm who offer grain flour shares shares which are delivered to the same locations as our veggies.
